No refunds or returns are possible as it is our policy.

In accordance with our internal policy, unless explicitly specified otherwise on our commercial documents, STL commits to delivering software within 48 working hours following the order. The software is immediately available for download.

In line with our policy, the customer acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal from the moment the software is delivered. However, under certain circumstances, we may consider a replacement of the license if the customer has made an error or if the license is non-functional. In some cases, a credit note may also be offered.
